Reishi Bliss Balls Recipe: A Nutrient-Packed Snack for Wellness

Organic Reishi Bliss Ball

Recipe for 20 Servings

 

Ingredients:

- 1 level tablespoon of Dr Noel's Concentrated Organic Reishi Mushroom Powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup almond or hazelnut meal
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

 

For Toppings:

- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

 

Directions:

1. Prepare two separate plates for each topping (cocoa and desiccated coconut). Set them aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine Reishi powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond or hazelnut meal, shredded coconut, and cocoa powder. Stir until well mixed.

3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.

4. Roll each ball in one of the two prepared toppings to coat it, then place it on a serving plate.

5. Refrigerate the coated balls for 30 minutes before serving.
