Chaga Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries: A Healthy & Delicious Treat
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon Dr Noel's Concentrated Organic Chaga Mushroom Powder
1. Prepare Strawberries: Gently rinse the strawberries and pat them dry with paper towels. They must be completely dry before dipping.
2. Prep the Tray: Line a baking tray with baking paper.
3. Melt Chocolate: Fill a small saucepan halfway with water and place it over medium heat. Bring the water to a rolling boil. Place a heatproof bowl over the saucepan, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Add the dark chocolate chips to the bowl and stir until fully melted. Remove the bowl from heat.
4. Dip Strawberries: Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate mixture, allowing any excess to drip back into the bowl.
5. Place on Tray: Carefully place the dipped strawberries on the lined baking tray.
6. Refrigerate: Place the tray in the refrigerator, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
7. Storage: Once the chocolate is firm, the strawberries are ready to be served. If not serving immediately, cover and store them in the refrigerator to prevent the chocolate from softening.
