I am not completely satisfied with the product; can I get my money back?

For your complete peace of mind, we offer a money back guarantee for any purchases made in Australia, if you are not fully satisfied with your product within the first 14 days of receiving it. Contact us on info@drnoelsmushroompowder.com and send the remaining unopened product back to our address, at your expense, and we’ll happily refund your purchase, replace the product, or give you a store credit. We will provide you with a return label to attach to the package which includes your order number and name.

If you feel that your return or request for a replacement, falls outside of our policy, then just let us know so that we can confirm your request can be accepted. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and wellness journey with us.

How long will it take to process my refund?

We’ll refund your order as soon as the goods are received, or just let us know if you’d prefer a store credit and we’ll add it to your account. Allow 48 hours for refunds to return in your account, from the date we receive the returned product. Refunds will only be made to the credit card used to make the purchase and will exclude shipping. What if I change my mind about my product order?

If you decide the product order isn’t for you, simply return our unopened powders within the first 14 days of receiving it, with shipping fees at your cost. Contact us on info@drnoelsmushroompowder.com and then send your products back to our address so we can refund your purchase, or give you a store credit.

Products must be unopened and in preferably in the original packaging. We will provide you with a return label to attach to the package which includes your order number and name.
