Why mushroom fruiting body is better than mycelium
Medicinal mushrooms fruiting bodies have much higher bioactive ingredients (beta-D-glucans) than pure mycelium. Even worse, most of the mycelium powders that people can buy on the market are made from grain-based raw material, which means they contain more than 90% of grain powder. Choose mushroom fruiting body powder instead of mycelium powder.
